About Me

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensed States: New York, Florida, Massachusetts

What was your path to becoming a therapist?

My work has always been driven by my desire to help people. I know that might sound cliched, and maybe it is! But I'm also a firm believer that some clichés are there for a reason, and this is one of mine. Life can be so difficult - but it doesn't always have to. I strive to work together to find and resolve what it is that brought you here in a way where you feel supported, heard, and accepted. Even if it feels as simple as venting about your work, or your commute, this space is for you! The important thing is that you come out of this better than when you first came. I hope you allow me to accompany you as you take part in this journey of betterment and transformation.

What should I know about working with you?

I primarily operate through the lens of psychodynamic, process-oriented therapy; together, we'll examine how your background influences your mindset and behaviors today. I also frequently integrate behavioral modification in my sessions (such as CBT and DBT) and work on skills with you that might be useful to help you get out of the feeling of being 'stuck.'

How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?

My core values are empathy, honesty, and kindness. I think it’s so important to recognize that everyone has their own story and background and that we should be kind as much as possible.
